The agenda centers on Afghanistan’s worsening humanitarian situation and the ongoing political impasse under Taliban rule.
Representatives from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey, and UNAMA are also in attendance.
The meeting will bring together representatives from EU member states, international organizations, members of Afghan civil society and the diaspora.
Since 2003, the forum has provided a confidential space for dialogue around global conflicts and efforts toward peace.
The closed-door summit, scheduled to run through June 12, brings together global mediators, senior diplomats and representatives from conflict-affected countries.
