Residents of Parwan, a central province in Afghanistan, reported sighting a drone in the sky on Wednesday.
According to local sources, the drone was observed at approximately 10:00 a.m., moving from the direction of Panjshir province toward Kabul. This sighting coincides with recent reports of drone activity over the Kandahar and Logar provinces over the past month.
The Taliban has previously accused the U.S. of violating Afghanistan’s airspace and criticized a neighboring country for allowing American drones to operate from its bases.
Meanwhile, Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, leader of Hezb-e Islami, claimed that the American drones have been flying over Afghanistan with the Taliban’s consent.
