KABUL, Afghanistan — Marking World Day of Social Justice, the European Union’s mission in Afghanistan reaffirmed that social justice is essential for lasting peace and stability in the country.
In a statement, the EU expressed its firm support for all Afghans in their pursuit of justice and fairness, particularly emphasizing women’s equal rights to education and employment.
The EU also urged the international community to work toward justice in Afghanistan, calling it a critical step toward long-term stability.
“Let’s work for justice!” the EU’s statement concluded.
