The Taliban, in a statement on Saturday, condemned the Moscow concert shooting, labeling it a terrorist attack and stated they consider it “a blatant violation of all human standards.”

“Through this incident that it is a group in the hands of intelligence agencies aimed at defaming Islam and posing a threat to the entire region,” the Taliban said.

The Taliban added, “The regional countries must adopt a coordinated, clear, and resolute stance against such incidents aimed at regional destabilization.”
