The Freedom Front claimed its members attacked a Taliban outpost in the Tahia-e Maskan area north of Kabul on Saturday evening.
The movement claimed that Taliban members were killed and two more were wounded in the attack.
In a previous statement, the Resistance Front said it killed one Taliban member and wounded three others in an attack that occurred in the Farkhar district of northeastern Takhar province on Friday night.
Taliban has not commented on the two incidents.
