Over 1,100 Afghan migrants sent back from Pakistan in a single day

Pakistani media reports indicate that 1,159 undocumented Afghan migrants were repatriated to Afghanistan on Saturday, Dec. 23, marking a slight decrease from the 1,500 immigrants deported on the previous day.

The repatriation process occurred through the Torkham and Spin Boldak border crossings in the Nangarhar and Kandahar provinces.

According to figures from Pakistani media, since November, a total of 446,097 undocumented Afghan migrants have been repatriated to Afghanistan.
