Afghanistan beat Saudi Arabia 3-2 in Futsal Asia Cup qualifier

Afghanistan’s national futsal team will take on Indonesia in their next match on Monday; the team will also meet Macau in this stage of the qualifiers

Afghanistan’s national futsal team clinched a 3-2 victory against Saudi Arabia in their first match during the Futsal Asian Cup qualifiers.

The match was hosted by Saudi Arabia on Sunday evening and ended with a hard-fought and thrilling victory in favor of Afghanistan.

Afghanistan player Akbar Kazemi emerged as a standout player, scoring twice in the match, while Sayeed Hussain Mousavi also contributed with a crucial goal.

Following their triumph over Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan’s national futsal team is gearing up for its second match, which is scheduled to take place Monday against Indonesia.

The matches of Afghanistan in the AFC Futsal Asian Cup qualifiers are being held from October 8 to October 12 in Saudi Arabia.

In addition to Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, Afghanistan will also compete against Macau in this stage.
