Team captains from participating nations unveiled the trophy for the ACC Men’s Under-19 Asia Cup 2025 on Thursday in Dubai, a day before the tournament gets underway in the United Arab Emirates.
Captains from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal attended the event in Dubai.
The tournament, hosted this year by Afghanistan, will begin on Friday.
The Afghanistan U19 squad held training sessions at the ICC Academy Oval in Dubai ahead of their opening match against Bangladesh scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 13, the ACB said. Images shared by the board showed players in team drills and nets.
A press conference with team captains was also held on Thursday, during which players spoke about preparations and expectations for the regional event.
The ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup features top youth sides from across South Asia.
