Speaking at a press conference on Sunday in Lahore, Naqvi emphasized the need for the Taliban to arrest TTP leaders.
He assured that his country would continue to "suppress terrorists and their facilitators" as much as possible.
The Taliban have been accused by Pakistani officials of facilitating the rise in TTP activities, a charge the Taliban denies, framing TTP as Pakistan's internal issue.
Pakistan's Defense Minister, Khwaja Asif, recently emphasized that insecurity would persist as long as Kabul allows TTP training camps and safe havens to operate.
In the video, Yahya, associated with the Tehreek-e-Taliban Afghanistan (TTA), is reportedly seen instructing militants to plan an attack on Pakistan's security forces along the Pak-Afghan border.
The ministry confirmed that Pakistan conducted "intelligence-based anti-terrorist operations in the border regions inside Afghanistan."
Including their families, the total associated with the TTP rises to approximately 70,000, according to Durrani's statement during a discussion on the Afghan peace process in Islamabad, hosted by the Dawn News Agency.
Taliban has denied ties with the TTP and has said terrorist groups have been suppressed in Afghanistan.
