Afghanistan’s national beach soccer team will take on Bahrain in their third friendly match on Sunday, March 16, at 7:30 p.m. Kabul time in Thailand.
The national squad has so far secured one victory against Saudi Arabia and suffered a defeat to Japan in the ongoing friendlies.
These matches serve as preparation for the 2025 AFC Beach Soccer Asian Cup, set to take place in Thailand in the coming days.
Afghanistan has been drawn into a group with Iran, the United Arab Emirates, and Indonesia for the tournament.
