The Afghanistan U-20 football team lost 2-0 to Australia in the qualifying round of the 2025 AFC U-20 Asian Cup.
The match took place in Abha, Saudi Arabia, at 5:30 p.m. Kabul time.
Afghanistan has so far recorded one win and one loss in the tournament.
The 2025 AFC U-20 Asian Cup, set to be held in China, will feature 45 teams competing in the 42nd edition of the tournament.
