The Freedom Front has claimed responsibility for an explosion in Kabul’s 11th district, according to a statement released by the front.

Nasir Ahmad Ahmadi, the Taliban’s head of the 11th security district, confirmed the explosion in a chat with Amu TV but stated that there were no casualties.

He noted that the incident occurred on the Russians Road in northern Kabul but did not provide further details.

However, the Freedom Front alleged that the attack targeted Fazl Haq Haqqani, a member of the Taliban’s intelligence service. The group also claimed that four Taliban intelligence officers were killed and two others were wounded in the explosion.
