Taliban members targeted by multiple attacks in Kabul

KABUL, Afghanistan — The Resistance Front and the Freedom Front, two anti-Taliban movements, have claimed responsibility for a series of attacks in Kabul that reportedly killed several Taliban members.

According to a statement from the Resistance Front, its forces launched two separate assaults in the capital.

The first occurred at the entrance of Police District 4, resulting in the deaths of two Taliban fighters and injuries to another.

The second attack took place in Police District 5, where one Taliban member was killed and two were wounded, the movement said.

Meanwhile, the Freedom Front announced that its operatives targeted a vehicle in the Sarak-e Naw area of the Karta-e Naw neighborhood on Saturday evening.

This attack allegedly left two Taliban intelligence officers dead and three others injured.

Taliban has not yet responded to the claims of these attacks.
