The intelligence wing of Afghanistan Green Trend (AGT), also known as Rasa, claims to have profiled 58 members of the Taliban’s General Directorate of Intelligence (GDI). According to AGT, these individuals previously resided and were trained in Pakistan.

AGT, led by Amrullah Saleh, former vice president of the republic government, asserts that among these 58 individuals, several, with the assistance of Pakistan’s military intelligence, have orchestrated and executed “the most devastating terrorist attacks” in Afghanistan’s major cities, including Kabul, over the past two decades.

AGT also claims to have profiled 96 senior Taliban officials within the Ministry of Interior, asserting all are members of the Haqqani network or are loyal to it.

The Taliban has yet to respond to these allegations.
