The Resistance Front, an armed movement, claims it targeted a Taliban checkpoint in Police District 8 of Kabul, resulting in the death of one Taliban member and injuries to two others.
In a statement, the Front said the attack was carried out by its forces at around 8:20 p.m. Wednesday.
The Taliban has not yet commented on the incident.
