The deputy head of the Russian railway board of directors arrived in Kabul on Thursday, according to the Taliban’s railway authority.
The Russian official is in the city to participate in the signing ceremony for the contract regarding the construction of the fourth segment of the second phase of the Khwaf-Herat railway project, the authority reported.
