The Freedom Front, an anti-Taliban military movement, asserted on Monday that it targeted a guesthouse belonging to the Taliban’s intelligence in northern Baghlan province.
The front said in a statement that the attack occurred on Sunday evening in Pul-e-Khumri city, the center of Baghlan.
According to the Freedom Front, the assault resulted in the death of one Taliban member, with an additional four sustaining injuries.
As of now, the Taliban has not provided any comments or statements regarding the incident.
