Taliban administers public flogging in Kabul for adultery conviction

The Taliban conducted a public flogging in Kabul on Saturday, administering 35 lashes to a man charged with adultery, as announced by the Taliban’s high court.

After a thorough assessment of the suspect’s case, he received the lashes and was additionally sentenced to one year in prison, according to the statement.
