Sources report an explosion at a building in Dasht-e-Barchi area in the west of Kabul on Thursday evening.
Preliminary reports suggest that the explosion occurred at a boxing gym situated on the third floor of a building adjacent to the main road.
A video circulating on social media depicted flames billowing from the third floor of the building.
At least two civilians were killed and nine more were wounded in an explosion at a market in Kabul’s Police District 18 in the west of the city on Thursday afternoon, a Taliban spokesman Khalid Zadran confirmed on X.
The type of the explosion is not known yet.
