Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid has claimed that a “special circle” in Pakistan’s military is plotting against Afghanistan’s security and hiding the presence of ISIS in Pakistan.
The remarks come as the UN and regional states warn of TTP and ISIS activity in Afghanistan.
