Kam Air plans to resume some international flights Wednesday after operations were suspended at Kabul airport following the Taliban’s nationwide internet blackout, an airline official said.

The official told Amu that flights from Kabul to Dubai and Kabul to Istanbul were scheduled to restart.

He said passengers would be processed manually because electronic systems remain down.

All flights at Kabul airport were grounded on Monday, Sept. 29, after the Taliban blocked people’s access to the internet and telecom services.
