A Taliban official has said that “jihadi madrassas” have been established in at least five provinces of the country over the past year and a curriculum is almost ready for implementation for these religious schools.
Sabawoon television, a local TV network in the southern province of Helmand which had been suspended for two years due to economic challenges, has resumed its broadcasts.
