Afghanistan’s embassy in Kuwait has come under Taliban control following the departure of the country’s ambassador, according to diplomatic sources familiar with the matter.
The sources told Amu TV that Sayed Jawed Hashemi, Afghanistan’s ambassador to Kuwait under the former republic government, ended his tenure about a month ago, leaving the mission fully under Taliban administration.
