KABUL, Afghanistan — Afghanistan’s national under-20 football team will face off against Tajikistan in the U20 CAFA Championship on Sunday.
The match marks the team’s second appearance in the tournament which Kyrgyzstan hosts. The game is scheduled for 4 p.m. Kabul time in Kyrgyzstan.
Afghanistan is in Group A, alongside Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
Afghanistan lots its first match to Kyrgyzstan.
The U-20 Central Asian Football Association (CAFA) competition features teams from six Asian countries, including Afghanistan.
