Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi said during a meeting with the Russian ambassador in Kabul that their participation in the upcoming Doha meeting is contingent on specific conditions.
According to a statement from the Taliban Foreign Ministry, Muttaqi indicated that terms for their involvement have been communicated to the United Nations, and discussions are ongoing.
The statement further noted that one key condition is the assurance of meaningful, high-level talks in Doha.
