The Freedom Front said in a statement released on Friday that two members of Taliban intelligence were killed in an attack by members of the movement in the Shakardara district of Kabul.
The movement said that the attack was carried out in Chap Dara village in Shekardera district on Thursday evening.
The statement added that Qari Saaruddin, an operative of Taliban intelligence, and his bodyguard, were killed in the assault.
The Taliban so far has not commented on the incident.
This comes after a sharp increase in attacks by the Freedom Front and the Resistance Front against Taliban outposts since last month.
