The Afghanistan national football team is set to play against Nepal on Saturday in a trilateral tournament hosted by Tajikistan.
The match is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Kabul time and will take place in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. This game marks Afghanistan’s first appearance in the tournament, which also features the host nation, Tajikistan.
The competition, which began on November 12, runs through November 19, bringing together teams from Afghanistan, Nepal, and Tajikistan.
Earlier this week, the Afghanistan Football Federation shared footage of the national team training in Dushanbe, underscoring their preparation for the match.
The tournament offers a valuable opportunity for Afghanistan’s players to compete on an international stage and showcase their skills amidst regional rivals.
