Afghanistan’s national volleyball team suffered a 3-0 defeat against Turkmenistan in their opening match of the Central Asian Volleyball Association Men’s Volleyball Championship 2024.
The match, held on Friday in Uzbekistan, marked the Afghan team’s first appearance in the tournament.
The Afghan players are set to face Uzbekistan in their next match today. The championship features six teams from across Asia, competing for the regional title.
