The match is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. Afghanistan time, according to a post on the Afghanistan Football Federation (AFF) Facebook page.
Teams from Australia, Afghanistan, Malaysia, and Thailand are participating in the event.
On Sunday, the match between Afghanistan and Malaysia ended in a 3-3 draw.
