TAKHAR, Afghanistan — A blast occurred in Taluqan City, the center of northeastern Takhar province on Saturday afternoon, sources said.
According to sources, the explosion happened near the entrance gate of Taliban-run security command in the province.
Taliban has not yet commented on the incident.
