Based on a list published by the Taliban’s Ministry of Higher Education, the Taliban will distribute bachelor’s and master’s degrees to nearly two hundred graduates of Darul Uloom Haqqania in Akora Khattak.

The Taliban’s Ministry of Higher Education announced on Wednesday that it will award bachelor’s or master’s degrees to two thousand mullahs and graduates of specific religious schools.

The ministry’s list indicates that a significant number of individuals set to receive bachelor’s or master’s degrees are educated at religious schools in Pakistan, particularly Darul Uloom Haqqania.

This move by the Taliban has sparked criticism and reactions from the country’s citizens.
