KABUL — Sources reported an explosion at the Taliban-run Ministry of Urban Development in Kabul on Thursday morning.
According to sources, the blast occurred inside the ministry’s compound, located in Police District 9 of Kabul.
Details regarding possible casualties or damage remain unclear, and Taliban have not yet commented on the incident.
