SHARJAH, United Arab Emirates — Afghanistan’s national cricket team is set to face Bangladesh in the second match of their one-day series on Saturday afternoon.
The game will take place at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium, where Afghanistan will look to build on their commanding performance in the opening match.
In their first encounter, Afghanistan secured a decisive 92-run victory over Bangladesh.
The standout player of that match was Allah Mohammad Ghazanfar, who took six wickets and was named Player of the Match.
Cricket analysts have given Afghanistan a favorable 63 percent chance of winning the second game, while Bangladesh’s chances are pegged at 36 percent.
