The Pashtun Tahafuz Movement, or PTM, issued a resolution at the close of its “Justice Jirga” assembly on Sunday, Oct. 13, demanding that all armed groups, including the Taliban, ISIS, and the Pakistani military, withdraw from Pashtun-majority areas.
