A group of women and girls took to the streets of Kabul on Wednesday, calling for the protection of their rights and urging the international community to condemn the Taliban.
Chanting slogans such as “The Taliban commit crimes, the world supports them,” the protesters voiced their frustration with the current state of women’s rights under Taliban rule.
The demonstrators emphasized that “education, work, and freedom” are their fundamental rights, demanding that these be restored.
