One person was dead after fire broke out at a fuel station in Sheberghan city, the center of Jawzjan province, early on Friday morning.
Two more people were wounded in the incident, according to Abdul Sattar Halimi, a Taliban spokesman in the province.
Halimi said the injured were partially burned and were hospitalized.
According to him, the fire occurred in the Alam Yar Bayat Fuel Station near the Andkhoi port in Sheberghan.
He added that the dead and injured in this incident are the employees of Alam Yar Bayat Fuel Station.
The cause of the fire has been said to be carelessness of some employees.
Sources said that financial loss of the incident has been estimated at nearly $100,000.
