Trump warns Iran to ‘make a deal’ or face further strikes

U.S. President, Donald Trump.

In the wake of Israeli strikes that killed several senior Iranian military and nuclear officials, President Donald Trump urged Tehran to agree to a deal or face “more brutal” attacks.

In a post published on Truth Social, Trump said Iran had squandered multiple opportunities to reach an agreement and now risked losing “what was once known as the Iranian Empire.”

“I gave Iran chance after chance to make a deal,” Trump wrote. “They just couldn’t get it done.” He added that the consequences would be “much worse than anything they know, anticipated, or were told.”

Trump praised Israel’s military capabilities, describing its arsenal as among the most lethal in the world, and warned that more attacks had already been planned. “There has already been great death and destruction, but there is still time to make this slaughter … come to an end,” he said.

The president claimed that certain Iranian hardliners had underestimated the threat, saying: “They are all DEAD now, and it will only get worse.”

Trump emphasized that Iran must act quickly to avoid further devastation: “No more death, no more destruction, JUST DO IT, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.”

The statement comes amid rising tensions in the Middle East, following Israeli strikes that Iranian media say targeted military compounds and residences of top officials. Iran has yet to officially respond to Trump’s remarks.
